Presidents Message
- January 2008
Now that the
holidays are behind us, we can concentrate on the upcoming
Specialty. We are in the final planning stages. We have had two
Judges Changes. Dorothy Collier will replace Karen Sims and Sue
Catlin will replace Lee Whitter. Karen had a conflict and had to bow
out of her CRC assignment, I know she was disappointed; hopefully we
can use her in the near future. Lee received an AKC fields reps job
in the Northwest and will be unable to judge our. But we wish Lee
all the best in her new assignment.
When planning a
Specialty, problems come up now and then; it is something we just
have to deal with. Another problem that developed at the end of last
year was the storage trailer (we keep all of our show equipment in
this trailer), the Club grew and as we add events to our menu, we
acquired more and more equipment. We outgrew our trailer and it took
a beating. So we are in the process of purchasing a new larger
trailer to accommodate our needs. I want to thank Tom & Colleen Hann
for taking control of this project and for also storing and caring
for this very important part of CRC
We can still use
help at the specialty, please let Show Chair, Dolores Neigh and or
Obedience/ Show Chair, Debbie Cabe know if you can be able to help
in any way.
We have a lot of
events planned watch for the schedule of events, Also remember we
start setup April 27th.
